Heritage & Provenance

Southern Iraqi date lineage

Since 1984, our groves along the historic Euphrates basin have cultivated native single-variety dates, naturally sun-cured upon the palm and harvested at peak ripeness.

Generational Groves

Tree-cured upon the palm

The unique river silt and intense summer heat of southern Iraq allow our date clusters to cure entirely on the crown. We avoid artificial dehydration kilns or forced ripening sheds.

Each palm receives careful freshwater canal irrigation, ensuring uniform skin elasticity, intact caramel fibers, and natural sugars that develop without chemical intervention.

Every harvest batch is evaluated against strict moisture parameters to guarantee natural chew, tender skin, and optimum shelf stability.

Specialists sort each date by hand across illuminated sorting trays, removing fractured skins, uneven coloration, and undersized fruit.

Selected premium varieties are pitted by hand and paired with freshly roasted Mediterranean almonds or whole walnut halves.

Finished assortments are vacuum-nested in food-safe gold-lined ballotins to preserve grove-fresh fragrance until final opening.

Our Standard

Zero blemishes, absolute varietal purity, and documented grove origin in every carton.

We believe Iraqi dates belong alongside the world's most revered culinary confections, treated with the dignity and precision they have earned over millennia.
